📖 Movie Description
Set during the tense days of the Cold War, Mayday follows Lieutenant Troy “Assassin” Kelly, a hotshot U.S. Navy pilot sent on a highly classified mission over Soviet territory.
When the mission goes badly wrong, Troy is forced to crash-land behind enemy lines. Stranded in unfamiliar territory and facing the constant threat of capture, his chances of making it home appear extremely slim.
His unexpected lifeline comes in the form of Nikolai Ustinov, an eccentric former KGB agent with a fascination for American culture. Although the two men come from opposite sides of the Cold War, circumstances force them to put their differences aside and work together.
What begins as an uneasy alliance soon turns into an unpredictable buddy adventure as Troy and Nikolai attempt to survive enemy forces, evade capture and find a way out of Soviet territory.
